NDIR Modules CH4 Gas sensor Introduction
The NDIR module CH4 gas sensor typically consists of an infrared source, a sample chamber, an optical filter, a detector, and signal processing circuitry. The optical filter allows only the wavelength of light absorbed by methane to pass through and reach the detector. The NDIR module converts the intensity of the absorbed light into an electrical signal, which is proportional to the concentration of methane in the sample chamber.
Product Features:
(1)Large scale monitoring
The good selectivity of CH4 gas sensor module makes up for the deficiency of traditional electrochemical sensor in the selection of high range test range.
(2)Fearless of harsh environment
Imported infrared light source, dual channel pyroelectric measurement, automatic temperature compensation function. Stable and reliable measurement results even at harsh temperatures.
(3)Long life
Compared with the traditional electrochemical sensor, NDIR sensor has no obvious consumption and long service life.
(4)Zero calibration function
It is convenient for users to calibrate the zero point.
(5) Da output, analog voltage signal
The sensor module can customize the voltage output range and corresponding measurement range according to customer requirements.
Application:
CH4 gas sensor module is widely used in HVAC fresh air control / indoor air quality monitoring / agricultural and animal husbandry production process monitoring. It can be installed in intelligent buildings / ventilation system controller / wall mounted use / robot / automobile.
